By reading these terms of service agreement you agree and adhere to the following;

Customer holds NO RIGHT for AI training on products.

Up-front pay required for all orders before proceeding (start fee).

All products will be given via Email or Direct Message.

The right to three revisions in sketch phases.

FULL Refunds available for uncompleted work that has surpassed two months (not including the non-refundable start fee).

Seller can cancel/refuse/refund orders at any time.

Client must submit an inquiry about which commission piece they wish to purchase along with detailed descriptions.

Should preferably use the fill-out forum example piece included in the commissions page.

The client will be given progress on product every 1-3 days minus exceptions.

Product will be delivered on time as agreed unless extension time has been given.

Product will be given with the agreed upon format (PNG, etc).

Full payment must be given before the product handover.

A quote will be given to the client for product fees (start fee, commission type, extras wanted).

Clients delay on response times can result in extended delivery times.

Client is responsible for responding to progress updates in a timely manner to avoid delays.

The seller shall not be held liable for any possible damages to the product after completion.

The client reserves the right to have PERSONAL USAGE RIGHTS to the agreed upon product (including printing, sharing, and displaying under non-commercial use).

The artist/seller will retain full copyright of the artwork.

The artist/seller will request clients authorization to display the piece as an example of work and promotional material (e.g., portfolio and social media).

The client shall not sell, alter, or use in AI.

The client shall not use the piece for commercial purposes unless permission has been EXPLICITLY WRITTEN AND GIVEN by the artist/seller.

Client must be prepared for a non-refundable starting fee, which comes in various ranges depending on complexity (e.g., simple pieces rings a $5 start fee).

Full payment is required before any final products are delivered.

Payments are made only through PayPal.

Additional costs will be discussed up-front and agreed upon before proceeding.

If the seller does not complete the work within X days, client will receive a refund of X% (minus the start fee).

If the seller cancels the commission, the client will receive a full refund (including the start fee).

No refunds are allowed after the final product has been delivered.

Any products available for Robux will be shown as (R:-AMOUNT-).

Sketch stage will be done on physical media, sometimes straight to digital.

Physical sketch will be transferred to my computer to outline, colour, and render.
